Such a slob, summer turns you into. Mother was horrified that I had secretly made a batch of fried mozzarella bars to feed the starving child in me. She commanded I have something healthy, for a change. It was midnight(yes that time of the night) and this very interesting documentary about 'Sushi' was on! XD Caesar salad had to do. For all those people out there who think salads aren't interesting, I say, try this delicious salad dressing out. Midnight snacking ftw! Forever following the cardinal rule of midnight snacking> Easy, breezy and supremely cheesy!
Ingredients
For the Caesar dressing> (Serves 1 person)
4-5 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Mustard sauce(Dijon, Dijon if you have Dijon! O__O)
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp crushed Garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
Recipe
1) Salad contains: Cucumber, Tomato, Bell pepper, Steamed chicken(shredded), Iceberg Lettuce( 5-6 leaves)
2) Make the croutons by placing cubes of bread on a baking platter and grilling them in the microwave( 4 mins one side. 3 mins the other)
2) Add the Caesar dressing to the salad and serve it with cubes of cheese and the oven grilled croutons.
